Vision Board Training

Why is a Vision Board important: Its your GAME plan (map) for your goals. What is the end result of what you are wanting to accomplish and then you make a plan of action. But if you don’t know where you want to end up, then you are lost in circle a lot with your goals. 

Who is this for: Moms, Dads, Kids, Families, Business owners

Break it down- quarter, annual, 5 years

WHY do you want to achieve these things? If you have not figured this out, you want to do this as you are working through this. Do you believe in these goals?

Write it down! Goals HAS to be set before you Vision board is completed. Location of your vision board? Place some where you can actually see it. 

1.      What goals are you working toward in life?

2.      When you imagine reaching your goals, what does your life look like?

3.      What images, words, and phrases represent your life when you achieved your goals?

4.      What will it take to reach your goal?

5.      How will you process of reaching your goals change you?

Add the photos to a phone Album called Vision Board, write them down beside you bed, office- where ever you go through out the day.
